Fictitious names or pseudonyms are stan- dard literary practice and should be used if the contributing artist fears too much visibility. Give us a call if you have an idea that you want to talk about.

Apology:

The editors of ONYX (BLN) would like to extend our sincere apologies to Barbara Smith, Audre Lorde and Cheryl Clarke for the omission of their names from the article entitled, "Lesbianism is a Reality" by Tania Abdulahad which ap- peared in the February/March '84 issue of ONYX (BLN). Credit should have been given to Audre Lorde, Scratching the Surface, for the seventh and eighth para- graphs. In addition, credit should have been given to Barbara Smith and Cheryl Clarke, This Bridge Called My Back, "Lesbianism an Act of Resistance" (C. Clarke), for the first three paragraphs. We regret this omission.
